- Luis R1 contributionFamily fun in the SpeedParkI had an enjoyable visit to NASCAR Speedpark in Sevierville, TN, and I couldn't help but notice the exceptional service provided by one individual that made my day even more memorable. Dave, the maintenance man who was temporarily running one of the rides, truly stood out. In an environment where it can be easy for staff to go through the motions, Dave was a breath of fresh air. He was not only engaged and attentive but also remarkably entertaining and enthusiastic throughout the ride experience. His dedication to ensuring guests had a great time was evident, and it added a special touch to my visit. Kudos to Dave for going above and beyond to make our day at NASCAR Speedpark even more enjoyable!Visited October 2023Travelled with familyWritten 11 October 2023
- Polly TKingsport, Tennessee7 contributionsDelightful experience at NASCAR SpeedPark. There were fun activities for the young and old in our party. It was fun to see our 4 yr old granddaughters driving their own ‘cars’! There are multiple tracks and rides The food was great. The place is very clean and well maintained. Thanks for making this beautiful fall day very fun!Visited October 2023Travelled with familyWritten 21 October 2023
- Lydia A1 contributionFun day for everyone in our familyYesterday we went to the Speedpark with our family and Grrandkids! We had a blast! Fun go cart rides for all ages , even a big amount for our 2 and 4 year olds! There is a big impressive arcade including a bowling alley, birthday rooms and lots of good sitting around the food court! The many varieties of go carts and race cars made all our racing fun! Very kind staff and crew! We’re coming back!Visited October 2023Travelled with familyWritten 22 October 2023
- Chan D1 contributionCarlos and NASCAR SpeedPark DeliverOur family enjoyed our third time at the NASCAR SpeedPark and purchased the vacation pass for the second time. The vacation pass is a great value and the variety of tracks kept everyone occupied. This is truly one of the best go cart values in the area even without the additional kiddie rides and on-site roller coaster. Some of the equipment is aging and oil leaks and smoke from engines tell the story for many of their karts. We have also noticed an increasing number of clearly slower karts over the last two years. Overall, the equipment does feel safe and is reasonably fun even with the visible age and wear. The staff has been great during each of our visits over the last three years and this year was no exception. Specifically worth mentioning during this visit is Carlos who manned the Young Champions speedway two of the nights we were visiting. Carlos ran the attraction by himself and the track is large. He ensured safety and enforced rules when some riders were pushing the limits. Carlos was engaging and provided suggestions on cars and driving techniques to many visitors including my family. It is my sincere hope that the facilty will recognize him publicly for good work and positively impacting vacations. The NASCAR SpeedPark is a great vacation value and kept every member of our family of 5 excited across more than one visit during our 5 days in Pigeon Forge.Visited November 2023Travelled with familyWritten 26 November 2023
- Randy JErlanger, Kentucky138 contributionsBest Amusement Value in the area!!!Best value for your money!!! Several courses and race as much as you want. The 1 adult only Track that is set up like a real Nascar was the best. You have a room that shuts over you with a pace car and a flagman!!! There are also carnival rides and putt putt. With your ticket price you can come and go as you please. It has a nice arcade and snack bar.Visited August 2023Travelled with friendsWritten 4 April 2024
- sign101dMcFarland, Wisconsin117 contributionsIf you love go karts plan a full dayGo karts were good. Good variety of tracks. I loved that you could leave and come back in the same day. Bumper boats was fun to get each other wet on a hot day. Lines weren’t too long when we were there. Can’t comment on the arcade, we stayed outside. The mini golf- there are two courses but they were pretty plain but fun. Staff were friendly. A great deal for the money spent.Visited June 2024Travelled with familyWritten 13 June 2024
- JB PSaint Paul, Minnesota25 contributionsWorth the stop!Had a blast here! More fun than we expected! We spent about 3.5 hours here and did all the tracks. The lines were short and the tracks were really fun. Great for my 12 and 17 year old and the cars were fast. The kids said this was one of the highlights of our trip!Visited June 2024Travelled with familyWritten 6 July 2024
- Brian L3 contributionsGreat Experience! We took our family there at the end of July, 2024. Our kids were just at the heights of being able to do the little stuff. Both our kids got to drive a go-kart on their own. They also got to ride along with my wife and I on the faster go-karts. The kids enjoyed riding all the rides they had to offer. There were at least 10-12 rides for kids. They loved the variety of rides. We also ate inside. The food was actually really good. We got the pizza, breadsticks, and chicken fingers. If you're a little bit older than 3-4 years old, there would be even more things to do, if you are a certain height. Great place.Visited July 2024Travelled with familyWritten 30 July 2024
- Brady MWise, Virginia12 contributionsExpensive, but best place for Go Karts. If you want to ride go karts, this is the place to go. They sell all day pass options for go karts and there’s 2 mini golf courses included for $40 per person. Our 3 year old got in for free but there was only 3 rides he was tall enough to ride, 1 worker to control 3 rides so you had to find a worker to open up the kids rides in order to ride them. 36” was the minimum height for the kids rides, they cannot have an adult with them because the kids rides have smaller seats. For the go karts I would recommend only kids 50” or taller go & adults. Our 8 yr old was able to do almost everything outside. Inside there’s a food place not included in the $40 pass to ride go karts, there is also an arcade also not included with the ride pass. A family of 4 will easily spend $300+ here if they do everything on site. Making it pretty expensive for a 4-5 hour experience. For that price, I would recommend Dollywood. If you want to just go ride go karts and you aren’t hungry, expect to pay $120-$160 and it’s unlimited rides.Visited September 2024Travelled with familyWritten 10 September 2024

We were pretty disappointed after getting there to find out they were not open. Apparenlty from what we had been told by other attractions in the area places like this don't think it's worth opening unless there are a lot of tourists in the area and as a business owner myself I can kinda relate to what they mean by that but at the same time what about the people who travel at different times then everyone else? They are just out I guess. That would be like coming to Florida and going to Busch Gardens and they are closed because its not worth it to them to open, to me that tells me the type of company they must be and therefore I will not go there even when they are open just for the simple fact they are money hungry and could care less that someone may have traveled very far to come and see them and then couldnt even go there.

Thank you for taking the time to leave honest feedback. We're sorry that we were closed on your visit to the Smoky Mountains. Yes, we're closed (except on weekends) during the winter months. Like many outdoor parks that are in northern areas, our weather makes it too unpredictable to be open 7 days a week. We understand that it means visitors, such as yourself, might not get to visit our park but protecting our team members, who would have to work outside in cold weather, is one of our key priorities. We also need to be able to provide regular hours for these team members. If we can't open due to the weather, which is often the case for most of January and February, then they are missing out on part of their paycheck. This allows them to find different employment that has both job security and a predictable paycheck during the months when their hours with us would be dependent on the weather. For example, we had planned to be open for four days over the long holiday weekend but due to rain and cold temperatures we were only able to open on two of those days. Thank you!

This is definitely worth the money. We purchased the unlimited weekly pass, which is a good deal if you get plenty of rides. Due to the employee's having to clean between rides, it's taking an extra long time to get on each ride. The employee's could kick it up a bit, some of them have one speed, that's extra slow. People are trying to help these places out, but they also want to get plenty of rides in as well. I appreciate them trying to keep everyone safe, but you can do this in a timely manner.

Hi Connie, we're happy to hear that you enjoyed your visit. We apologize for the length of time between races. Normally in the summer we would have two team members per track to keep the line moving (which also would help make sanitizing the go-karts faster), but our county has more available jobs than workers. We normally see an influx of college students in the summer to help bridge the gap, but these students did not travel because of the pandemic. The workers we do have are working more than 40 hours a week. We appreciate your business.

We decided to go here as a fun thing to do on our anniversary. The place was a cesspool. In the women's room, only one toilet was clean enough to even try to use, urine, feces, and toilet paper everywhere plus the soap dispensers were broken. In the men's room, my husband found a pile of feces in an over flowing urinal and urine all over the floor. He said something to an employee and was told the guy that takes care of all of that has been out for the last couple days. We tried one of the go-karts, the ride operator "sanitized" them by spraying twice in their general direction (most not even touching the karts) and my husbands and another kid's karts were exceptionally slow compared to the others. We gave up on the karts to putt putt, the clubs were sticky and the "viking" course was a joke. Just fake rocks. I guess rocks=vikings? The last hole smelled strongly of stagnate water. I would never suggest this place even if we were currently living in normal times. Over $50 wasted

For the staff they had to work with, they did very well. We could tell they were understaffed as 2 of the adult only tracks were being run by 1 young man(everywhere we went had help wanted signs up that week). The lines were horrific & our group waited for over an hour for 1 run. They left afterward & the 3 year old toddler had a blast on the small person attractions! There were only a few young children so the person running the smaller rides could go between the rides & accommodate them all. She loved it!

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We're happy to hear that the toddler in your group had a blast. Yes, we are understaffed, like many other businesses in our county. The pandemic is still affecting our ability to hire and maintain a full staff. We appreciate the kind words about our team members; they have been working so hard under difficult circumstances. Your feedback will be passed along to our management team. Thank you!

Fun place to spend some time and spend lots of money. The go carts are your average speed. The Smoky Mountain Hwy track was a little bit faster but not worth the extra $$$.

We need to praise what a compassionate and outstanding customer service heart Joel Thompson demonstrated during our visit today.
While visiting the facilities, trying to understand if our special needs’ daughter would feel comfortable riding the different attractions, Joel understood and noticed our concerns and decided to walk with us to every single ride there was, trying to make sure our daughter and ourselves would feel comfortable and confident that she would enjoy the attractions while practicing safety.
He demonstrated great customer service skills but most of all, his compassion and great humble feelings. All of the above combined with with his duty and knowledge as a Manager on Duty.
To the owners / shareholders of the facility: What an asset is Joel for this business!!!. I’m sure Joel will escalate and outperform any position he is placed because of the great heart, attitude and wonderful spirit he brings.
All the attractions are fun, exciting and the facilities are clean and well maintained.
Joel, thanks thanks thanks again!!!

Seemed like a fun place my family enjoyed it but my credit card declined twice with no reason turns out this place does not have a code associated with purchases for your bank to verify the type of service such as entertainment or food and beverage. My credit card company verified there was nothing wrong with my card and that it was due to how they have no merchant code. I would think a place that is in business and been there forever would have that corrected via their credit card processing service. It was an inconvenience for me because I had other ways to pay but think of how many others don't or like me panicked thinking my card was misused and my cc company shut it down. Also they force you to buy a package no single track purchases allowed....so prepare to pay for all or get none

They need more help, plain and simple. And if you’re going to operate a park at full price then you should have a full price experience available for your customers. When you have multiple rides shut down, don’t charge full price. Offer a discount to your patrons upfront.

Dropped the kids off with a day pass to ride all the tracks as much as they wanted. Huge line to get in and at the end of the day the place is so understaffed that only 4 of the 8 tracks were open. Pathetic to charge full price for half of a park. If you are going to only open a smaller amount of tracks you should limit attendance so everyone has an enjoyable day rather than line your pockets so people have to stand in line for most of the day.

Can a 16 month of ride anything?
Written 11 June 2018
Only with an adult and on the smaller slower rides. We didn't really see that many children there that were that young riding. They mostly stayed in their strollers.
Written 24 June 2018
If you're just taking your kids and you are not going to ride do you still have to pay?
Written 20 May 2018
Only the people that ride need to pay. I saw two different families help their kids get into the cars, and get buckled, and then walk across to the picnic tables to wait for them to finish their turn.
Written 23 May 2018
It is 24.99 and their are several books that have a 2.00 off coupon. Also if you aren't riding you don't have to pay.

$24.99 plus tax. They also offer a military discount. You can come and go throughout the day. Great place.

I'm feeling terribly uneasy about NASCAR SpeedPark. My family is scheduled to be there this weekend and some of these reviews are very recent and not very good. My family and I are will spend about $1,300 in tickets for an activity that I'm recommending. At the very least we're expecting great, friendly service, clean restrooms and rides that work. I don't think that's too much to ask. I guess my question is does anyone have any information that would help alleviate my concerns? Anything? Like I said, that's a lot of money for poor service, broken rides and a dirty park. I'm terrified
Written 30 August 2016
Sorry I just saw your question and I'm assuming you have already gone-or not gone to the NASCAR Speed Park. If you're spending $1300 for this park you are either bringing LOTS of people, or we're talking about separate parks. For $50.00 you can buy a ticket that is good for all week and can be used as often as you wish. I can't think of a better deal than that if you like driving go-carts. There are many different levels of tracks for different age or thrill seeking levels. Hope you have or had a good time.

What are the names of the other speekparks in the area? I would like to read the reviews and check prices of the other ones before I make a decision for my family trip of about 100.
Written 12 August 2016
This is the only speed park with go carts for all ages and multiple tracks. They also have a few amusement rides, a putt putt golf course, video arcade, climbing wall, and little fast food like restaurant. I recommend it for all those reasons! There are other places with go karts and rides, but you pay for each individual ride! At the speedway, you pay one price and discounts for kids and you can ride and do anything over and over. My little boy loves the amusement rides and will ride them over 10 times. At a different place that would be the cost of admission for the speedway.... And you can still do so much more at the speedway. (I sound like I'm a commercial. Sorry.) The value of your dollar is so much better at the speedway.
