Awesome experience

We had a great time at the forbidden caverns. The lake beneath the surface was awesome! The people were overly polite. Be prepared to leave a tip for your guide!

This is a great way to beat the heat and learn a few things. We brought a light coat, but the 58 degrees really didn't feel that cold. You should combine this with the Trout Farm which is very close.

This was very cool and interesting! I love how they talk about the history and the past with the indians, moonshiners etc. staying in the caves. I could not imagine what it would really be like back in the when they had to use torches and fire to light they way so far down in the caverns. My favorite part... More

What a great adventure for adults and children. Learning about caves & formations great when it's hot outside, it's cool inside.

We truly enjoyed this hour long tour with a very knowledgeable spelunker. Bring a light jacket and wear comfortable shoes with good traction. I also suggest staying up front near the tour guide to make sure you hear everything and also get bonus information.

Beautiful place to visit.. History lesson made fun! Amazing structures that only Mother Nature could provide! Make sure to wear shoes for walking... Sanders and flip flops will not be a good experience!

This place is very cool. It's crazy how dark it actually is in a cave. Very chilly make sure you bring a light jacket. Want to go again.

This was a good tour for our group of 10+. Youngest child was 4 and could easily walk the tour on her own. We have done other caverns in the past but this one had a stream flowing through it which added to the interest. Great value.

Very interesting. Even kept the interest of my 8 year old. Perfect 58 degrees on an otherwise over 90 degrees outside. Takes about an hour. Not difficult to find.
