The 2010 Applause Award winner, Dollywood is recognized as one of the world’s best theme parks. Spanning 150 acres and located in the foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains, Dollywood offers more than 40 rides and attractions, including the Thunderhead wooden coaster, the steel thriller Mystery Mine and Wild Eagle, the first wing coaster in the U.S. Dollywood’s entertainment is recognized worldwide, having received more trophies, 20, than any other theme park for its live entertainment which showcases country, bluegrass, Southern gospel, classic rock ‘n’ roll and Appalachian music. Daily demonstrations by more than a dozen master craftsmen offer a glimpse into the authentic artistry of the area’s rich heritage. Guests visiting the Great Smoky Mountains can stay just a stone’s throw away from Dollywood and Dollywood’s Splash Country at Dollywood Cabins. Accommodations range from quaint spaces just for two to sprawling floor plans that sleep up to 30 people. Guests are treated to sweeping mountain views while some cabins actually overlook Dolllywood’s popular Craftsman’s Valley area. Cabin guests receive exclusives such as free reserved parking at Dollywood and Dollywood’s Splash Country and complimentary admission to Dollywood’s Splash Country.

We absolutely loved Dollywood. We loved it so much that we became season pass holders. I would recommend buying the time saver pass during busy times

Lots of things to see and do for kids here at Dollywood. We live 2 hours away, so we get season passes and come 4 times a year. It's a great little get-away.

If you aren't a big roller coaster fan there isn't much more to do in here for rides included in your ticket price. We paid to zip line and paid to blow glass - which was super cool!!!! There is shopping and food.

This is definitely one of the "gems" in the area. The one thing that I do miss is they used to have a lot of the old crafts shows that is not there... More

We had a fun day at Dollywood! The new Lightening Rod coaster was intense and fun! We enjoyed all the roller coasters as well as the shows. We were blown away by the Mother Africa show! The live musicians, singing, dancing, acrobatics and showmanship were all thrilling and well worth the price of admission to the park! Incredible talent and... More

Stayed at the Dream More Resort. Purchased the resort ticket for $69 for 2 days, which includes a complimentary time saver pass for everyone. Rides were overall fun. The lines were not long considering it's the 2nd weekend they were open. A few rides were not open yet. My 5 year old was disappointed there were many rides (close to... More
