Reserved our SUPs online, signed the release waiver online. When we arrived we were on the water within 5 minutes. Excellent service and friendly staff. Seeing the area from the Cumberland River was a neat experience.
My husband and I rented paddleboards one evening. The service was excellent and we really enjoyed our time on the water. There was even a bar and restaurant on the water that we loved after our paddleboarding!

Safety is our number one concern. The 6 yr old is too young to paddle board as a general statement. The 8 yr old may be able to paddle, and its not a athletic issue it is a issue of them listening to instructions and then being able to follow those instructions. Again safety is the issue. Hop this helps.
