Visited the Schermerhorn to see Matthew Morrison sing with the Nashville Symphony Orchestra. Not only was the concert hall absolutely beautiful, with fabulous acoustics, the orchestra was truly amazing. If you need a quick break from the country music scene, go to a concert there and hear this beautiful group of extremely talented musicians.

I'm a Nashville Native so I'm a regular here. My favorite event is the movie themed nights where the symphony plays the movie score along with the film. I love watching classic movies with an audience and live band. It's so fun! ***Buy your movie tickets early and choose seats farther back (like in a movie theater!) Also, I've seen... More

Attended a daytime concert geared towards families and had a great time. The interior of the building is updated and very elegant looking, yet very accommodating to families. The staff on hand are very friendly and attentive. They truly want to make sure you have a pleasant experience as do the musicians of the Nashville Symphony Orchestra. Parking is available... More

What an amazing experience! This orchestra creates the story as told thru their talent and your imagination. They will blow you away with their skill and emotion as they put their all into the performance. We attended a matinee performance of Revel's Bolero with a guest performance of "A New Piece for Orchestra " by Edgar Meyer , one of... More

The Schemerhorn Symphony Center rang with the finest musical production that the Nashville Symphony and the Irish Band "The Chieftains" could produce. A lovely evening of wonderful sound that was so pleasing to the ear !!

We went to see The Chieftans concert at Schermerhorn Symphony Center and it was truly an amazing experience. Of course the main reason for us going was to see the legendary Chieftans perform, but I have to say the building was fantastic as well! The seating was comfortable, with plenty of leg room (which is important for me, at over... More

This is a beautiful musical venue that will take you to memories of Europe. The hall is beautifully designed for music and for the eye. The acoustics are naturally magnificent... I hope everyone gets to experience a concert with the Nashville Symphony or any other visiting musical artist. You will not be disappointed.
