Fontanel Mansion is a 27,000 square foot log home formerly owned by Country Music Hall of Fame member Barbara Mandrell, and is Nashville's only country music mansion tour giving visitors a sneak peek into the lives of country music greats. The home, situated on the 200 plus acre property, is nestled in the rolling hills of the Whites Creek Valley. With The Inn at Fontanel, the Woods Amphitheater, Pritchard's Distillery, Natchez Hills Winery, Cafe Fontanella, Music City Ziplines by Adventure Works, The Trails and Metro Parks Greenway, it is easy to see why Fontanel is one of Nashville's premier destinations. We offer a family and dog friendly atmosphere located just minutes from downtown Nashville in Whites Creek. Open 7 days a week...Closed on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.

The former home of Barbara Mandrel is truly breathtaking. At 33,000 square feet it is quite large, but somehow maintains a homey feel. I wish the mansion was still all about Barbara, Ken, and their kids. Unfortunately the two record producers that own it have...More

Traveling with my 4 other gal friends on our yearly trip, we added this to our itinerary We were so glad we did. The docent, Seth Carlson, was warm and charming. He gave great incite into the owners, Nashville, and country music itself. Yes, he...More

GLOW was their Halloween decorations. 1/3 mile loop to walk at your leisure, the pumpkins were beautifully carves, 15,000 of them. Not expensive to go to with the entire family.

This is Barbara Mandrell's former home that is a huge cabin in the woods. It has its own outdoor concert area and inside are relics of country music stars that are available to wear and play. I put on Chris Daughtry's jacket, played a piano...More

The Mansion was gorgeous. The memorabilia was interesting and not necessarily Barbara Mandrell's possessions. Our tour guide was in the music industry so offered a lot of good info. He also played and sang for us. We ate at their restaurant afterwards; I would not...More

Yes, this was Barbara Mandrel's home, but don't expect to see much that reminds you of Barbara. Very interesting stories about the building of the home and there is still some furniture that was her families, but nothing else to let you know that it...More

The tour was interesting. At one time, I am sure this was a very impressive home. If you are hoping to get a huge dose of Barbara Mandrell, you will be disappointed. However, there is memorabilia from many stars. The pool area is a bit...More
