Stopped in for lunch. Service was good, Food was good, music was very good. The place gives you the real feel of Honky Tonk street. Clean and friendly. House specialty is the Recession Special: Fried bologna sandwich, chips and a Pabst Blue Ribbon beer.

Local country singers play for tips and take requests. There’s a really nice atmosphere so we enjoyed having a drink and a bite to eat whilst enjoying the music (which wasn’t too loud).

We knew we were going to start our Nashville adventure at Robert's Western World after reading the TripAdvisor reviews. They touted live music and cheap food. The entertainment was great! (When the kettle is passed, be sure to contribute. That's how they all get paid.)...More

This place is unique. Music had more of a old school honkeytonk feel as compared to some of the cover band clubs on Broadway. We went upstairs where we could sit comfortably at the bar. The bar tender (friendly and personable young lady) hooked us...More

Despite having already been to one honky tonk, tewo Opry shows and a restaurant with a band, my date was convinced we could stop in her on the last night of our visit. We lucked out: two empty eats and a nice couple from Bakersfield...More

Fried bologna at 1 am was the best! Real country music. Super casual. Will be back for sure. Friendly crowd too.

Honkytonk Row is buzzing with several dozen bands playing at any one time and most of them are loud! This place a bit lees so. Great bands, good crowd, good beer. Wed to Saturday though the same band plays 6.30 to 10.00 so we only...More

Great staff, cheap eats/drinks and most of all the best musicians I heard in Nashville (who mostly were playing traditional country music). The staff we had were all wonderful, attentive. There's not a better deal in Nashville than their $5 'recession special'. A fried bologna...More

This place was recommended to us as a great honky-tonk place to visit in Nashville and it did not disappoint. This is an atmospheric place to come for some live music, a drink or two and a fried bologna sandwich. Great decor including shelves of...More

Nashville has become a vacation city for a new generation of rude self centered millennials who don't listen to the live music, stand in front of people trying to watch and generally act like spoiled, self centered posers. Saturdays are the worst. Thankfully ROBERTS still...More

Not sure either, but we did get i'd. It is a bar, so I would guess not! Great place to hear throwback country music (Patsy Cline, Hank Williams, Johnny Cash). My fave bar in Nashville!

We have been here several times and have never incurred a cover charge. We were there during Spring Break and the line outside was over 100 persons. As we left at 10:30pm the next two persons were allowed in and they did not... More
