The Grand Ole Opry is in fact grand. But the museum does not, and has not, existed for quite some time. Update people. I'm getting some serious trust issues with Trip Advisor.

This stop almost did not happen for us, we are on a budget... We thought it cast $24.00 to get in. But that was for parking and you can park next door at the mall and walk over for free. This garden is the most beautiful and a must see.

The hotel is a beautiful place. Inside and out. The grounds are well kept and the entire property storied and worth seeing. The museum should just be incorporated into the hotel experience and tours given of the whole property, rather than just the boat trip.

Shops, arcade games, restaurants all indoors, it is always the perfect climate. Great for kids to be able to run freely and lots to see and do.

I wish I could return soon to walk thru this; I miss seeing the memorilia of the icons that sang REAL & ORIGINAL country music. If only it would return. Very educational tours.

Alot to take in so allow time for food and drink. You have never seen a hotel quite like this. Not a cheap venue. Self park is $21plus tax. Valet starts at $18 for the first hour and goes up from there. If you've never been here its a must do at least once in your life.

I can not express my appreciation and admiration for those who are employed by Opryland Museum! Very well versed in the rich history of country music. Great place to visit while in Nashville!

Unfortunately, this museum no longer exists. I'm glad I was able to visit while it was open, it was a very good museum to visit with a very wide assortment of displays. Plus, it was free. This museum is missed.

I rated it 5 stars because it was! This museum was free to tour at one time. It was part of our OPRYLAND USA theme park (that they ripped down) untill1997. But after the flood we had, they closed this museum down. The building is still there but the inside has been gutted and now sits empty. Sad. Next to... More
