Great show

Had the luck of seeing Grand Ol Opry here. Acoustics are amazing! Seating is a bit odd, old church pews.

We loved a tour of the Ryman Auditorium before the Christmas Show. Excellent show with Emily Lou Harris and Allison Krause

Step into he Ryman and you are on hallowed ground. Hank Williams played here ya'll. There isn't enough space here to list all the greats past and present who have played here. For all it's history, the Ryman is a serious listening room - not a museum (although they do have tours if you can't make a performance while you... More

The self guided tour is great, very interesting video on the history of the Ryman. We went in January for the Opry as well and it was neat to see it where it all began.

The Ryman is the birthplace of the Grand Ol' Opry, but it is more than that. The acoustics are extraordinary, and the variety of musical genres booked for the Ryman is impressive. The traffic in this part of Nashville is pretty awful, so I would suggest Uber or Lyft, or a good old taxi.

Anyone who loves country music should visit the historic Ryman Auditorium. Love the displays of singers costumes and pictures. Love the stage and the whole package.

I thought the theatre was beautiful. I did not like the way the crowd is handled at the door and then a crazy packed concession area to purchase a bottle of water. Not happy that they cram 5/6 people in a row of seats that really only fit about 4 comfortably. It really took away from the show.

I recommend doing the tour. The guides are very friendly and well informed. A place of significant country music history and in brilliant condition.

It had been on my "Bucket List" to see a show at the Ryman Auditorium. When I saw JRAD was coming, my wife and I booked the trip immediately. The venue was so cool and unique! Sitting in the old church pews and the sound was incredible!! The staff was very helpful and friendly. Drinks were expensive, but where are... More
