The show itself was absolutely incredible. Prices for snacks are absolutely gouging, water shouldn't cost $5 for aquafina. I ordered disabled seating near the front of the auditorium only to have the venue change and my disabled seating revoked. When I asked I was told that I could sit in the very back for accessibility. They wanted me to go from 4th row to last which was unacceptable. The disabled shouldn't have to suffer worse seats than payed for because an auditorium isn't disability friendly.

Thr worst experience I’ve ever had. They were rude, nonchalant, and Racist. I even had a scratch on the back of my car. I suggest to never go there .

My husband and I were on a road trip and our starting point was Nashville. My husband had been wanting to see Come From Away, about the planes that landed in Gander, Newfoundland after the FAA grounded all flights coming into or out of the USA when 9/11 happened. Unfortunately, it was in our area when we were on this road trip, but I found it Nashville. We loved the musical. The musical was in the Andrew Jackson Hall. The hall was very nice. The bathrooms on the balcony level were in a strange spot. But the seating was comfortable. The only downside is the balcony seating has aisleways only on either end of the seating. Nothing in the middle, so we were up and down alot.

Crammed in like sardines waiting for doors to open. Show time is 7:30, it is now 7:35. It is hot, hundreds of people are masked shoulder to shoulder, how is this healthy? TPAC should review its policies and practices!

I was really lucky to be able to go see Hamilton during its run here, and I couldn’t help but notice that the theatre was really nice. A nice sleek design, very clean. Leg room wasn’t a problem for me and the workers were very friendly. I hope to come back in the future! I highly recommend this place!

We went to see the musical jesus christ superstar, as our hotel is close it is better to buy the tickets at the hall itself as the handling fee via the internet is close to 20 usd per ticket and if you buy at the hall you save that. Hall is nice and moderan, easy to access and show was good, lasts 90 minutes with intermezzo. Good evening.

This is a tremendous venue for any event they host, this review has to do with the staff. While we were there last night, shortly before the show started my wife became ill. Without any prompting from us, the staff was quick to offer help and contact management. Management proceeded to get us seats Closer to the entrance exit doors and closer to a restroom. They went way above and beyond and far exceeded my expectations for what customer service is really about.
Ira and his staff are incredible. My only regret is that I didn’t write down the names of his team members who jump to our assistance. Ira, you are to be commended on your actions and the actions of your staff.
I can’t express our appreciation enough.

My husband got us Hamilton tickets for Christmas. We live in Knoxville so we drove to Nashville and stayed overnight. We stayed at the Hermitage hotel which was right across the street. There were other hotels and parking nearby. We walked over at showtime. Hamilton was the best play I’ve ever seen, really, and the theater was very nice. We had no problems entering or finding our comfortable seats, and we could hear and see well. My husband did splurge so we were close to the stage. The whole trip was fun and a great gift. I am going to do this again! We had such a wonderful time!

Attended Hamilton this weekend with family members and the seats were great. Customer service at the front counter and refreshment stands was perfect. Mr Arthur was the Usher that assisted us with finding our seats and he provided top notch service as well as made sure everyone was able to enjoy the show without anyone pulling out cell phones. My seat was on the aisle and I heard him constantly providing directions to people who were needing to find the nearest restroom, each time he was pleasant. Refreshments were $8 for a bottle of water and box of candy, no more than the prices at a movie theater. We'd traveled in from Georgia to enjoy the show while Hamilton is on tour in Nashville, we'd gladly visit again in the future for any other shows. We also enjoyed having a parking garage within walking distance (the next block) with reasonable prices.
