Every item was marked up - eg $25 for a small box of chocolates or $17 for a small bag. Very disappointing and choice limited.

Did the tour of the chocolate factory whilw staying in Cowes. It was an entertaining way to spend an hour. The games to win the small wooden balls were fun. The wooden balls were exchanged for chocolate ones at the end of the tour.

Visited here with 3 generations of family. The self guided tour is lots of fun, with many interactive activities, and rewards if you beat a few skill games. The story of manufacturing chocolate was well told. Had lunch in the café - average meal. Many...More

Having been to a number of chocolate factories around Australia and the world, this one is quite disappointing. Small, very overpriced and no specialties that are their own creations. If I was their manager, I would provide some small samples for visitors to try and...More

Really though about one star or two. But No more than 2. Too expensive chocolates, that the taste does not justify neither half of the price. They have a coffee shop that has one person making coffee and 50 people waiting on the line! The...More

We went the on the Queen's birthday (Monday) and although they are quite happy to charge full price for the museum tour even though the main attraction (make your own chocolate) was out of order. Failed to mention this when you are buying overpriced tickets....More

Paid $75 for a family and received few chocolate bars, the carnival games were fun and kids enjoyed but I would spend your money elsewhere or go straight to the gift shop if you need a chocolate fix, geared up to rip bus loads of...More
