A good walk

Easy walk along edge of beach across Screw Creek bridge and then up to lookout. A ide track will take you up the creek to fishing spots. Also you see wallabies.

We walked along the beach at sunset and headed up to the Screw Creek Nature Walk. It was a little difficult to find as it wasn't signposted very well. Luckily my husband had gone for a run in the morning to check it out! Great view from the top across to the setting sun. Easy walk and plenty of photographic... More

A pretty walk through mangroves and it has a good view across the inlet from the hill. You have to access it through the caravan park. The tourist infornation does not mention this! And there is no walk sign at car park they show on their map. There is parking at the far end of the caravan park. The walk... More

The whole family enjoys this walk - we do it ever time we visit Inverloch and it never gets boring! There are interesting things to see along the way - look for mud crabs as you cross the bridge, and fun trees to climb. It's easy for the kids to manage (aged 5 & 7) and not too long. A... More

Short circular nature walk with lots of birds and amazing views. Lots of benches along the way to stop and enjoy the birds and views.

You do need to drive through the caravan park. However you can park outside the caravan park and walk from there. We really enjoyed this walk along the waters edge. It takes you to a swampy tidal river. We crossed over a bridge and saw a few crabs scurrying around. The vegetation changes throughout the walk and there is a... More

Tried out the Screw Creek Nature Walk on a recent trip to Inverloch with the family. The entrance can be hard to find...you do have to drive to the car park right through the caravan park at the end of The Esplanade. It is well worth the effort for the fantastic views back on to Inverloch beach and the change... More

I added the screw creek walk to my morning run to increase the distance without having to keep doubling back along the beach path. Nice nature walking path nothing too difficult! I also kayaked down screw creek into the inlet, it is a pretty spot!
