Quaint little café with local products and friendly staff, plus good views across the estuary from the outside seating area. Worth the walk.

A stunning location and very interesting and informative venue. Laugharne is a bit out of the way to get to, but with its history, castle, the estuary view, pubs and restaurant it makes for a good day out for everyone, literary minded or otherwise. It can get very busy, we chose a quiet sunny day to visit

This is a wonderfully kept house, where Dylan Thomas lived with his family. There is plenty to see, even though the house and rooms are small. It's magical just being able to sit looking out of the window at the view that he enjoyed so much and was so familiar with. It's extremely atmospheric and magical. We are so lucky... More

Excellent Welsh Tea - very traditional, homemade welshcakes, bara brith and bread from the local Laugharne bakery. Beautiful setting with friendly staff.

Can well see why Dylan Thomas chose this location, the view even in winter is beautiful. Interesting house to visit, giving you all the info on this talented man. Lovely little eatery on in the basement area with a courtyard that on a summers day would be lovely to sit out in. Lots of steep stairs and low ceilings so... More

We nearly didn't go into this shrine to Dylan Thomas but being a fan decided we would. It's an interesting place, full of memorabilia, examples of his letters, news cuttings etc so all worth a look. But for us the unexpected pleasure was a local guy reciting a Child's Christmas in Wales in Thomas's own parlour. A heart warming experience... More

Iconic house set in a fabulous position ,perched above the estuary. You really can sense the genius at work here. What a tragedy for such brilliance to be extinguished in such an untimely way..We could practically see "the web-footed cockle women" Loved it.
