Tasty but.....

All though the BLT I had was very tasty. It just felt like a canteen Bit to open for my liking, if something could be done to improve the acoustics / feel then 4-5 stars!

Most of the places were closed so very disappointing. Cafe was open and very clean and efficient. Having had Easter and a bank holiday approaching I would have expected better.

We often pass through ruthin on our way home and stop here to check out an exhibition and have something to eat in the great cafe. A lovely spot full of interest.

The exhibitions here uniquely combine fine art with craft. I've never come across another gallery anywhere in the world that has such a fascinating series of exhibitions of objects that are quite clearly exquisite works of art as well as highly skilled examples of particular crafts, everything from mobile toys to wallpaper, precious stone laden jewellery to unusual ceramics. Most... More

I have never seen a centre like this in the UK and even thou we visited off season and near closing time we still had a lovely time looking at the art and relaxing in their amazing cafe! I wish there was more places like this to showcase and celebrate local art and with free parking and entrance it is... More

We had a great visit, last time I came was around 10 years ago before the new building was in place. The space has grown and now contains artists studios and a very nice café. We had a walk around the studios, shop and galleries. Had some lunch in the café then a walk around the town on the art... More

The craft centre is a reasonable walk from Ruthin centre, but alas was not fully open on the Sunday we visited so lots of the "have a go" studios were shut which was a bit disappointing. They have a lovely café/restaurant, with good choice of food from home made cake (yummy) to full roast beef lunch.

Nice place to look around. Plenty to see. There is a lovely cafe that serves local produce and cooked fresh. Lots of little studios to look round showing off different arts and crafts. Worth a visit when in Ruthin.

Xn the shop.. There are lovely ceramics, glass and pictures here by individual artists it is a place to linger and enjoy the artefacts and perhaps, as we almost always do, buy one or two that catch our eye

There is always something interesting down at the Craft Centre, whether contempary art exhibitions from artist with international reputations or short courses where you can explore your artistic side, there is something for all including the younger ones..
