Lovely place good value for money. Although not a huge amount of wildlife more farm animals. Although a great insect house and the goats were lovely. Kids play areas were superb

That said, we had a nice day, but the insects/animals are limited. The cafe food is horrendous. Very disappointing kids lunch boxes. Limp white cheap bread. The children enjoyed the adventure playground and park and castle. As do most kids, I had two for one tickets so didn't mind, but if I had of paid full price I would have... More

Soft play is small and ok for age five and under. There is a small outdoor playground suitable for over fives. Bouncy castle is for under 1.2 m in height. Small butterfly, snake and lizard and bird enclosure. Nice pet corner but if you want to hold Guinea pigs and rabbits there is one out at a time. It would... More

We visited for a couple of hours in August Whilst it was a warm day the place wasn't over crowded and there was plenty to see. The butterfly's are the main attraction and they really are worth seeing there is some phenomenal colours and different sizes of them. Following from them there is lizards and snakes & finally there is... More

If you have older children then I wouldn't bother going her. Reasonably prices to get in. Food was reasonable. It was far smaller than I expected and the nature trail took all of 5 minutes. If you have younger children then it would be ideal. Unfortunately for me it was a waste of £26.00.

Went there with our grandson 2.5yrs. To pet the rabbit we could only stroke it's back while it was sat in a corner of a bench. Rusty screws poking out of tyre outside play area. Staff we saw looked bored and uninterested. The whole place looked unkempt and grubby. Food in the cafe was tasty and value for money.

Good place to spend a few hours but not for a day out. Not a huge amount of wildlife but the kids really enjoyed the butterfly house

Lovely couple of hours with grandparents and son (2) - butterfly house was lovely and my son enjoyed play areas both inside and outside. Short on space and particularly tricky to navigate with buggy. Cafe didn't look enticing.

Visited Pili Palas today and was very impressed with the excellent value for money. We would have happily paid the admission price just for the butterflies but the ticket also includes access to the Snake House, Bird Aviary, Lizard Land, Spiders and an outdoor area comprising of pets, farm animals and meerkats. For £7.95 for adults and £7.25 for kids... More

An enjoyable couple of hours, went with my 4yr old daughter who enjoyed looking at the animals and butterflies. It's not big, but was enough to keep her entertained.
