The drive through the pine forest is relaxing and the view as you approach the shore is amazing. Walking through the peaceful woods is calming and the stroll along the beach exhilarating

Only ever go to Scotland but a friend of mine booked me into a local b&b, I was really surprised the beach was beautiful even in the rain, the views of the mountains where breath taken, there a forest next To the beach with ravens...More

No words can describe how beautiful the views are and the landscapes that this beach sits in. We visited as part of our day trip to enjoy a walk for a couple of hours. There is so much to see and do. You need to...More

A must if your on Anglesey. Such a beautiful sandy big beach to spend the day & if it's not sunny enough to sunbathe then take a walk along & pop along the sand dunes.

Parking in the village is charged, but there is a small free car park just down the road. It allows access to the woods and the beach. The beach is accessible over dunes, so you need to be able to manage mounds ans soft sand....More

Absolutely stunning beach, would return without a shadow of a doubt. Miles of walking to be done to the church ruins and lighthouse, scenery is just breathtaking and the red squirrels put in a brief appearance in the forest - couldn't ask for more!

Costs £4:00 but absolutely worth it as you can spend a whole day there. Beach is enormous and a large proportion of it is dog friendly. The sand dunes are huge and the walks through the woods behind the dunes and beach are really great.

I remember now, we took the path along the coast, on the left, that took nearly 1 hour. Now, if you take the path in the middle, indeed it will take maybe 30 to 40 minutes!
