Great castle to see and look round. My partner likes the history. I like the views so pleases both of us. We could only view the bottom of castle as it suddenly rained and we had the baby with us so didn't want to risk...More

OK, strictly not a ruin as it was never completed but a great place to visit. This is unlike other castles that I've visited in that there aren't displays of artefacts or mock ups of specific rooms but it is fascinating to see the proportions...More

It is and complete with a moat, I love a good moat..... We had popped into Beaumaris on a coach tour and had an hour or so to explore the town and of course the castle beckoned. It is much bigger than I first thought...More

It's an old castle with a moat. Beautiful to walk around and spend time. A bit if the past still here. Well maintained and restored.

This is an interesting castle well worth a visit on a DRY day. There are wonderful views of the surrounding areas and the hills beyond. Take your time, jts worth it.
