A great place to walk in fresh air, not too demanding climbs and suits all ages. Various paths to trek. Great views from the top (jubilee tower) Snowdonia in the distance, the North Wales coast at Rhyl and over to Cheshire and Merseyside. Ample parking places. Living only 5 miles away have been many times and by many of the... More

There's also different paths to follow to get to the top, easier ones and then more steep ones. So you can chose which way to go depending on how much of a challenge you... More

Did a circular route from the paying car park, good clear signs, fantastic views from the top. Clear map on each side to show the areas to be seen. Been three times and incredibility windy at the top so wrap up.

Great walk in the morning. You can choose to park at the bottom or the middle-car-park (just keep on driving past the lower car park on the right and go over the cattle grid to get to the car park). Some parking charges so have loose change, gets quite busy in the summer so would get there early if possible.... More
