We found this beatch to be OK it was not the cleanest we had visited in Wales but it was quiet and a sandy beatch instead of pebbles . When we visited the beatch was coverd in jellyfish.

Wonderful quiet clean beach...worth the parking charge. 5 min walk from the car park Came across the beach whilst visiting Harlech Castle so it was a treat. We took some great photos. Great for families....long stretch of golden sand

We have visited Harlech 3 times this year, including the height of summer, the beach is so quiet, barely anyone on it. Beautiful beach for as far as the eye can see, sand dunes, golf course nearby and dog friendly.

Super bracing walk on beach. Teenagers went for a swim. Beautiful deserted sands at low tide, up there with Bamborough.

One side of the beach has a dog ban between 1st April and 30th September. The other side of the beach is expansive.

When the wind is high there can be sand hoppers about but I live here and have only seen them in large nos. once in the last 2 years
