I visited during a wedding reception being held inside the main building. Beautiful artwork was on display, and in other portions of the facility there were some unusual geological displays as well as awesome gardens, fountains, and art. I will definitely return for another visit soon.

This is a beautiful place. So peaceful and beautiful no matter what time you visit. I have been to the Botanic Garden about 10 times now and it is a great place to stroll and see the various plants and some wildlife. (ducks and geese) There is a nice little restaurant with great food and service as well.

The Big Backyard is great for kids, and the grounds are really beautiful. We also enjoyed feeding the koi.

This is a great place to go if you enjoy a nice long walk in beautiful surroundings. The various gardens were very well done. There is also a large garden and play area for kids that is really cool. We spent about 2 hours there and saw pretty much everything.

We were there in September and the weather was very hot and due to heat not able to enjoy it as much. Most of the flowers had past but the scenery in certain parts were very beautiful and creative. I would suggest visiting early in the morning or later in the afternoon. There were a number of flowers whose names... More

Great evening of music. You can bring your law chairs, a small cart to carry them and you food and beverages to enjoy the outdoors, music, food and friends.

The garden is better than average. Nice specimens and very well maintained. Loved the art installations. The Children's Garden is fantastic. I was slightly disappointed only because of it's size. Being from St. Louis, I am spoiled with Missouri Botanical Gardens. Was very surprised to find two small Titan Arum, in full bloom, outside in the scenic garden without fanfare.... More

Stopped by this beautiful collection of gardens before a flight out from Memphis. We were lucky to get cool weather and clear skies for our visit. Of particular interest is the Japanese garden, bridge and Koi pond. The fish were a little sleepy due to the changing season, but we still saw plenty of activity and many colorful specimen. Plenty... So glad you had time to stop in and enjoy fall at the Garden! You definitely found a great way to stretch your legs before settling in on a flight. The Japanese Garden (Seijaku-en) is called the Garden of Tranquility...and this is a great time of year to enjoy that! More

It is a very pleasant garden and a nice place to walk around. Even when it was hot, there are several shady areas.
