Went as part of a bus tour with live musician/tour guide. A must for Elvis fans, but very interesting for non fans.

The outside seating was very pleasant. We brought folding chairs, but many people just brought a blanket instead and sat on the ground. A nice upward slope from the stage gives good viewing where ever you are. The sound levels were mixed very well.

We visited as part of a Backbeat Tour. Although there's not an awful lot to see, it was a privilege to stand on the stage where Elvis delivered his first paid performance. A must-see for Elvis fans!

The Shell has been here for a long time and I'm glad it's been revitalized in the past few years. I love coming because it's in the middle of Overton Park in Midtown. Lots to see and do here: the Zoo, the park, the art...More
