Lovely food!

Very tempting range of food available to buy from the shop. Coffee shop simple but food was very good and reasonably priced.

We drove an hour from Glencoe to come here but it was CLOSED. We had specifically rung ahead a week ago to check whether it would be open. It's been the most gorgeous weather today and I can't believe we spent the best part of it on a wild goose chase across Scotland. Very disappointed.

What a great little find .. great place to stop off for lunch and the chowder is out of this world. So good in fact we came back again for lunch during our week's holiday ... not just for the food there are also 3-4 stunning dog walks that are well worth doing either around the trout ponds (don't miss... As we were in the area we decided to visit this attraction. We went into the shop and cafe to see about the exhibition and was informed it was a walk round exhibition with interaction and films . We were hoping to see smoke houses and the salmon filleting etc in the flesh .The exhibition was only £2:50 each so... More

Do not be put off by the seeming long distance off the main road. The drive itself is worth it! Then the smokehouse and restaurant / shop are a revelation. We had lunch and bought smoke goods and other souvenirs. All smoked pressies were raved above for ages by their recipients. We will be back next year. We have on... More

Dreadful accommodation considering the premium rate charged. So much in need of a make-over you wouldn't believe it. We asked the owner every day to get the kitchen drains unblocked but it was always "the plumber is coming tomorrow". Fridge is either fully on, which leaves everything partially frozen or off, which leaves everything at room temperature. The less said... More

Always sure of a warm welcome in the coffee/gift shop . Great place for a light lunch or coffee and a chat with friends. Wonderful fresh products on sale from the smokery.

The attractions is up a long lane from the main road, when you get there there is amply parking. There is a lovely café which we didn't sample as we went early morning and had just had a lovely Scottish Breakfast. We went round the attraction but were a bit disappointed, there really isn't much to see, it all seemed... More

We are staying in the holiday cottages at Inverawe Smokehouse and didn't realise what a little gem we would have on our doorstep! Delicious cakes, yet to try the meals but they look fabulous. Lovely gift shop and deli counter. Small but fun children's play area. Nature trails, walks, treasure hunt, fish feeding, smokehouse exhibition and on a Sunday at... More
