Smashing playpark for the kids and great wee walk for all the family. The hazel coppice and the standin stane were favourites with my older kids. There’s bmx tracks but we didn’t bring bikes.

Three year old grandson loved the Peter Pan Pirate Ship Park. Plenty of slides and bridges to explore.

We regularly visit the area and the Peter Pan Park is always top of the list for places to go for our two boys (now aged 5 &8). Great variety of equipment to cater for various ages and abilities and the surrounding parkland and views are lovely too.

Visited this with a 13 month old and was really impressed with it. He was too young for the majority of the park however and could only really use the swings but the main climbing frame is excellent for children good in their feet. Great big expanse of grass at the side of the park for kids to run around on and no sign of litter or dog muck anywhere. Car park isn't massive but we never saw it full when we were here.

The Peter Pan Park is a magical outdoor space to enjoy with all the family on any dry day.

The park is a nostalgic play area for children of all ages (and their adults too) to play at while additionally housing wood carved figures of Peter Pan, Hook and the Crocodile. We were able to spend over an hour with the little one there climbing the boat shaped climbing frame and the swing. There's also significant grassland available for picnics, dog walking or general playing games with the kids; football, rounders, etc. The surrounding area also houses a lovely green space which is great for walking around and admiring nature.

My favourite aspect of the Peter Pan Park though is the beautiful scenic views of the mountainous landscape which you can see from the grassland and play park. Although ample car park space available on a quiet day, I can see it not being enough on a busy day.

Ultimately though, if you are wanting a scenic outdoor space to enjoy or an activity to keep the kids entertained, this is one place I highly recommend.

Drove there last weekend. Great Spot for parking one's motor ... Free of Charge. You feel at one with the world on top of the truly majestic Kirriemuir Hill and even the kids playing in these environs must be exhilarated by the most wonderful views of the lower Grampians. Rain, snow or shining sun ... Its always busy at the Peter Pan Playpark.

Glorious area with a large children's play area. Not a lot of seating but suitable grass area for picnics. Free parking and free public toilets. Excellent day out

There's plenty for the kids to play on at this park and it's very quirky. There's lots of parking spaces and it's next to the camera obscura and there are some tables and chairs, great for picnics.
