I do like this place in summer though the sand is quite hard packed and the approach path is very very mucky. The nicest end is away to the left. In winter it was a bit disappointing, full of seaweed and the car park was...More

We were staying in a B&B between Bunessan & Fionnphort & recommended this beach. We followed the signs initially for Uisken then Ardalanish weavers. Bit of a walk down to the beach. Not much parking but we got a space. A handful of people on...More

Absolutely beautiful beach, so clean, stunning stretch of sand with hardly any seaweed or stones. Hidden gem. The weavers shop and snack bar was lovely too, coffee/ tea by donation and ice cream and drinks for sale along with some local farm produce. Traditional weavings...More

Simply beautiful. A fabulous stretch of sand, clear water, amazing rock formations and swimming seals in close to shore. The machair looked and smelled amazing. Cannot recommend enough. Don't forget your wetsuit.

What a beautiful beach. Blue water, white sand, dunes, almost no one else....we had amazing weather and came back with sunburn. Who needs the Caribbean?

Peaceful, seldom crowded, accessible along a very narrow track/road (so hope no car coming the other way). It's a breathtakingly spacious white sand beach, with interesting rocks at either end, those on the far right by the hill fort being best perhaps as a base...More

Beautiful. Limited bus service to Bunessan. Bike or car it. Watch out for mini bus tours. Unspoilt scenery.

This beach has to be seen to be believed. It's paradise minus the palm trees. It's also very quiet and peaceful. We came to this beach twice during our holiday on Mull. Highly recommended!
