We have eaten here a couple of times and although the queue for the dinning room is fairly long the waiting time isn't. Good selection on menu and reasonably priced. Usually we buy a few of the cakes to take home.Sandwiches are very fresh and the soups are delicious. A good browse around the garden centre afterwards.

Visited last year and decided to try it again. It was very busy, and for good reason. Had to queue about 30 minutes to get in. A short enjoyable trip on a trailer pulled by a tractor, followed by another queue, this time with nice festive scenarios to keep the youngsters amused. At the end of this was the visit... More

Thoroughly researched where to take our 3 y.o. daughter to see Santa for the first time and Gouldings Garden Centre in Carluke popped up in my search (from Netmums.com) with its "Winter Wonderland" tag line. I emailed Gouldings to check that they still did a Santa's grotto and got a quick and lovely reply from Nichola in admin - her... More

Always busy when you arrive but waitresses are continually clearing tables and everyone gets seated. Standard of food excellent as usual. Always able to spend too much money in the gift shop.

Don't know where to start from walking in the front door and coming out five hours later it was fantastic. Value for money was great,on arriving they have a great display in the main entrance and all around in the shop is also great but the main reason for our visit was the wonderland and we were blowing away with... Like the other review thought this was such a great day for children. Took our 13 month old son here . Had read about this place but it was so much better than expected. The restaurant although very busy at lunch time was so well managed and run and you did not feel rushed. There were clearly lots of families... More
