Very enthusiastic staff. Friendly too, given how often they have to do this and answer stupid questions. Trip takes an hour start to finish. You will definitely see Nessie!

Very much disappointed with 50 minute cruise ride. waste of money and time specially if you have come with tours and have been given limited time (1.15 hrs in our case) at loch ness. They tell you how to make fake pictures and videos of...More

Just spent 90 mins travelling to Urquhart castle and back by rib boat. It’s a great way to get a different perspective of the area and if you like fast boats on the water well worth every penny. Staff are friendly and welcoming which just...More

After several failed attempts to get parked in the town, we got out early to catch the first outing at 10 o'clock before all the coach tours turn up. Great value for money for the 50 minute trip showing off the local landscape well. The...More

The rib boat has a limited number of seats (on the order of 10-12). If you can be flexible on day/time, walking up is fine. If you aren’t flexible or just want to make sure you can get on, book ahead. Check website for... More

I'd say so yes. As someone else has anyway said, the crew are more than happy to help you on and off. The boat itself is fine for crutches
