A two minute walk gets you to a fast moving body of water. Not amazing but we were staying very close by, so wasn't out of our way. Ok to fill in a few minutes

This is a great place to visit but the location is incorrect on the map provided by TripAdvisor. Buchanty Spout is in fact located about 10 miles due north of the location shown. Search for Buchanty on Google Maps and you will see, it is...More

A short walk down to the falls and if you are lucky at the right time of year you may see some leaping salmon!

Great place to enjoy nature and have a chance to see salmon leaping over the waterfall, only a short walk from the road. Caught some great pictures and fantastic memories.

Living locally, I see the spout very often. The falls are nice. The site and paths to the falls are not inclusive.

Beautiful views especially on the rocks. There was no salmon though but it is the wrong month to see them. Best going around October November time to see salmon.

There is a small car park very close to the path for the spout. It can be full at times but as most people only stay for 30 minutes there is a good turnover of spaces. It's free.
