An amazing walking experience with outstanding landscapes. This is not a place for those with medical issues, but if you are in relatively good health- Have at it!

Top tips: Go as early as you can be bothered to get up! The amount of people coming is staggering by about 11am! We were in the 10:30am slot (they limit the numbers going over in hourly slots) which was fine but by the time...More

Unfortunately we visited on a very wet day, however staff were really friendly and guided us in the right direction. I recommend visiting this property early when it opens as a time slot is given to cross the bridge, we found this out by visiting...More

We went July 15 in the morning--the weather was great and crowds minimal! After you park (for free), you buy a ticket to cross the rope/plank bridge onto Carrickarede island. Fishermen used to do this to head off the salmon. Then you have to walk...More

The owners recently introduced timed tickets to the bridge, which could probably benefit from being managed slightly differently. Since timed tickets are not sold in advance, queues to get them can be lengthy, and once you have them your time may not be for a...More

Beautiful landscapes and huge cliffs. It's a nice long walk, but you need time to get there and return. They have a limited amount of tickets so buy ahead. Independent Cruise Excursion Tour from Belfast Port. Our guide did not bother reserving tickets for us...More

We were staying locally at Port Rush and visited Giant's Causeway and the Carrick a Rede Rope Bridge from there. The entire coast is lovely and a great place to linger and do some of the coastal walk. If you pay the entrance... More

There is no time limit, although they do control how many people go across the bridge at a time. When we were there part of the island was closed off because of the nesting birds, and there has been some erosion. It is more... More
