This was our first visit since they moved. The staff were great - very attentive and knowledgeable. We all had a couple of great gin cocktails before going on for dinner! Lovely start to the evening and lucky we booked as they were full.

I visited the new Gin House with a friend. The menu has got bigger and so has the place. We got 2 for 1 drinks which was a boost. The detracting factor was the poor service by a bunch of muppets who were more interested...More

Went here recently with the two boys on route to dinner. The options are huge but meant little to me as I do not usually drink Gin. However after discussing my likes with the barman he came over with a lovely gin and mixer that...More

The negatives. Why was it necessary to reserve a table, when the place was more or less empty? The tables in the rear room are too close together. Even though empty, it took a long time to be served. The positives. Friendly staff Unusual decoration...More

I hadn’t been to the new home of the Gin House, and, on reading some of the previous reviewers comments, I wasn’t overly looking forward to it. I had loved the old location and didn’t want to be disappointed..... thankfully I wasn’t, the new venue...More

Used this place a fair bit since moving out to the "sticks", I think they had some teething problems at first but perhaps independent bars need time to bed in and find their own way. In my opinion they have done exactly that, great place,...More

Have been wanting to visit since they recently relocated and was not disappointed. We were approached promptly and asked if we would like a table but being a warm summer evening and with some outside seating we opted to sit and drink gin outside! Thought...More

Old venue used to be great. The new place is a disaster. Staff are clueless (I knew more about their gins than they did). Looks like a great idea has turned into a lazy cash cow.

Took 20 mins to get a drink, we then sat for another 15 hoping to order another but gave up and went elsewhere.
