We enjoyed the talk and walk with Chris. He made it easier to recognise and find fossils as well as being funny and patient with the children. For the price, it was really worthwhile. Yes, we found some nice fossils, as well!

All times are listed on the website and the cost is £5 per head over the age of four yrs, also check the tide times too. you'll be out and about for a couple of hours either walking on soft sand or on medium to large size pebbles. The tour isn't overly taxing although you will be crouching and on your hands and knees for a good hour or so.
Forget splashing out on hammers and goggles (you can hire them if you wish) as you'll find a lot of fossils laying on the beach surface, we still have three tubs to sort through from our recent trip.
