As we were staying in West Bay we decided that we would walk to the market on Wednesday in Bridport. Unfortunately on a wet Wednesday in October it was very disappointing. There was nothing to make us want to return.

We drove some considerable miles to check this market out and it was a total disappointment- the idea of spreading the market over various streets is great but you need to have decent stalls and a cross selection of items. Sad to see another market...More

Only the small antiques section turned up, due to the windy weather I’m told, although there seemed to be plenty of shoppers about.

One of the best free attractions of Bridport - an old school market that has stalls for everyone to browse, haggle maybe and probably buy

This market is really bustling, it's full of great stalls and the town had a real buzz about it. I think I've fallen in love with Bridport.
