Devon Guild of Craftsmen is an acclaimed exhibition space for contemporary craft and design as well as a leading charity for craft education. Located in Bovey Tracey, our large craft centre offers inspiring exhibitions and events for people to buy, make and learn about contemporary craft. Our Craft Shop sells hand-made gifts and a wide range of contemporary craft work by 250 South West based makers. Our Terrace Cafe has delicious local food, childrens menu and play area as well as rooftop seating with glorious views across the town. Open daily, 10am - 5.30Pm We also have FREE wifi to keep you connected.

Some really nice art and crafts on display, all available to buy, but I found the prices rather too high. Well worth visiting for a window shop though.

Always worth popping into here when down in this part of the world. Some great craftsmanship. Wood, jewellery, ceramics and books. Just nice to be here and enjoy.

We love it here. The food is home made and it has to be the best soup and home made scone in Devon. Lovely waiting staff. The exhibition currently running is not out taste at all however art is subjective and so should be taken...More

I had quite high expectations of this place but it didn’t grip me. Interesting locally made craft items for sale at very high prices. Apparently the restaurant is excellent but we didn’t try. Could have been a redeeming feature. Others may find it more interesting...More
