I had seen Vigilance moored in Brixham harbour and when the chance to sail on her came up I grabbed it with both hands. From booking to actually stepping on board the volunteer crew were wonderful. They clearly love the ship and this rubs off...More

We went out on the last sail of the season with The Vigilance. A great day out for all the family. The kids loved it and the crew shared loads of interesting stories and information. Would highly recommend.

This is definitely one of the things to do if you are ever in Brixham. It is a chance to sail on the last built sail trawler in a Brixham. Volunteer crew are all very friendly, cheerful and welcoming. You can wander around the deck...More

Dress for the British weather..bring some warm clothing as it can get chilly on the water..and a rain coat ..just in case.
