Have been to the harbour a few times on this visit and my last visit in April. Both times we have enjoyed ourselves. We have been crabbing along the harbour and have been on a boat from brixham to Torquay. It is worth the visit.

Plenty to do, nice selection of shops, plenty of good quality places to eat, crabbing is great fun, but the public toilets are disgusting and have been for years.

its a lovely harbor . Its in a nice seaside town and you can walk along the promenade. The only downside is there is not much parking place.

Buy a net, buy a can of sardines and you're good to go. Lonely places to eat. Amazing views. Saturday night there appeared to be a high police presence. Young drinkers out in force. Apart from this, totally lovely place to visit with a family.

Lovely place ideal for picking up souvenirs of a trip to a seaside town. Can see why the Western lady has run so long when it takes you to delightful little town.

there is always enough to do and don't forget that there is a configuration of resorts along the coast easily accessible by bus including Torquay. there are plenty of exhibitions on year-round not to mention art galleries.

I agree,I first visited Brixham in October. I feared the same thing..... Don't worry, this is a lovely little town anytime. There will be a couple of places that close early, but only because we,as tourists don't visit them... More
