Park in the pub's carpark, and take a stroll down to the devil's hole, its well worth it, wear coat in the autumn as it gets breezy, then attempt the walk back up the hill, lots of places to stop an rest, then into the pub for a bite to eat and a drink or two.

Good stop off on our north coast walk. Busy and a little short staffed but the staff that were there were dealing very well. Food was of good portions a pretty good for the price and the fact it's a pub. Only negative was the ratios on condiments! Ketchup and mayo seemed in short supply. All in all a good... More

I parked up in the car park at the front of the pub although there is an extra car park at the back up the hill. The trip down to the hole in the cliffs is quite a trek if you struggle with walking and consists of steep slopes and steps although the paths are well maintained its the journey... More

The path down to devils hole has been drastically improved since my last visit many years ago with a really nice seating area looking north west over the cliffs. Splendid views all round and a great noise when the tide is in...as it was. Great way to earn a pint when back at the top...

It's a bit of a trek down hill and a slog back up again but worth it for the views. Great on a sunny day.

If you are heading to Devils Hole, pay a visit to Glyn Burton's Glass Studio. Lovely handmade glass items and Glyn gigs you a demonstration of how he makes glass beads, other intricate items with glass. Brilliant! And he's such a lovely person! Definitely a visit!

Short walk down to the hole past the devil in the pond, to get the best of this place you need to go here on a blustery day when the tide is coming in. Its great to see the waves crashing into the hole and causing masses of foam. The walk is a bit steep but the path is good,... More

Great view and if you time it right when the tide is in, it is meant to make a pretty cool noise, unfortunately we went when the tide was out so we did not hear the noise, however still worth the nice 10 minute walk from the car park.

Arrived on the bus and walked down the steep hill to Devil's Hole. It was a beautiful clear day and could see Sark, Guernsey and France. After the visit we walked the coastal path to St John to get the bus back to St. Helier. A lovely coastal path along the northern route.
