We decided to use this little train as a change from a bus, thinking we may see more on our journey. Unfortunately this was not the case. It's maybe a novelty for smaller children but I think a party of adults ( as we were) could give it a miss and go by bus as it's also cheaper, and personally... More

We always go on the Petit Train every time we visit Jerset, even though the commentary doesn't change. It's a lovely relaxing ride to St Aubin and back along the seafront with interesting and informative commentary along the way. Good value for money and a novel way to spend a couple of hours. Highly recommended. Friendly and helpful staff as... More

An inexpensive way to get a lot of good information about the island and some of it's more colourful characters. See Lord & Lady Trent's (Boot's Chemist) house and gardens, Lillee Lantrey's house and the beautiful beach which at one time was the 'airport' Either get off and take a meander around St Aubin or just stay on the train... My husband loves this train. It's good fun and a pleasant way to travel to st aubens bay where there's a small marina and a few shops, bars and restaurants. It's a nice way to spend a few hours

Paid for family (4 adults and 1 child ) return from town to St aubins. Went to get train back and told it was full and last train so unable to get on. Refused a refund when asked. We got the last but one to St aubins, not told when booking return it may be full or that it would... More

Dear Anne, Unfortunately we cannot understand how this has happened. October is our quietest time of the season. We have a back up service where we put an extra train on the last return. If you send us your Return tickets to our address we will fully refund you: Old German Tunnels, Bottom of Corbiere Walk, St. Aubin. Regards, Paul... More

This pretty little road train takes you from the centre of St. Helier to the harbour of St. Aubin along the sea front and the on-board commentary gives you many fascinating insights to the passing town and landscape. However the ride is slow, harsh and exposed and many times more expensive than a comfortable bus and disappointingly does not allow... More

If your in the bay area this is definitely worth going on. It last about 40mins and takes you to the other end of the bay. The driver is very friendly. We took our 3 month old on. There is room to put a pram on and the trains have a commentary of what is around you.
