I believe the jet-ski's I have seen zipping about in St Brelade's Bay ar privately owned. There are jet skis available for hire in St Aubin's bay further east.

Our beach is located at Oaisne Bay, in St Brelade. It is on bus route 14 from town (can't miss it - the bus route ends here...).
Is there anywhere in Jersey where you can day hire a beach hut / lodge ?

I'm afraid I don't know, but go to "Visit Jersey" online, and there are contact details for the tourist board. Someone there might be able to give you an answer.
