There are lots of ways to see the Aran islands, but pony & trap with a local definitely is the most colorful and informative. John told us lots of history and anecdotal stories about the island as he transported us to the must-see sights, including...More

We got lucky. John was waiting at the dock when we arrived and we were able to book him on the spot. I'd recommend emailing him and setting it up in advance. You can probably reach him through his Facebook page.
