A very pleasant change, an oasis amidst the downtown bustle. With the familiar Knoxville city scape of buildings, and the well groomed landscape makes the experience relaxing and rewarding.

March is probably not the best time of year to visit this park. All of the water features are drained so the place looks pretty bleak. Visited the observation deck of the Sphere and the views were good. I took some photos but had a difficult time color correcting for the copper colored sphere. This was probably spectacular at thr... Went to the park for the 4th of July festivities. Great music and fireworks although it was a bit crowded. Loved it. Recommend.

visited after being at 1982 fair 35 years ago. We were there the day after St. Patty's day. The water falls and reflecting ponds were drained which was a little sad. Late Martch still may have freezing weather I guess. Still a nice park for photo ops except the observation deck windows in the Sun Sphere, which were filthy.

Looking for a free place to explore in downtown Knoxville? World's Fair Park is perfect! There are beautiful places to take pictures by the water, sprinklers for the kids on a hot day and a nice view of the city at the top!

This is beautiful park that was built for the 1982 World's Fair. The Georgie's Sunspere is there along with a pond and shooting waters for the little ones. There is also a pavilion where the Knoxville Symphony plays for special holidays. Close to downtown and UT with plenty of hotels and restaurants close.

I love going to World's Fair Park especially in the summer months. I love sitting and putting my feet in the water by the amphitheater. The park is always very clean and seems well cared for.

Nice and a playground where even small children can play. Also interesting with the Memorial park. Not so far from Market square.

This was interested to see, the water feature was drained but I'm sure would be pretty when working. The Sunsphere itself was neat to go up in and look out over the city. The elevator didn't seem to be working properly which made me a little nervous.
