Well kept and on this Hot August day a pleasant break. In the Autumn or Spring, I would have stayed longer.

It was a beautiful day to visit a well cared for green space in the city. We enjoyed the water fountains as well as the sights from the observation deck of the Sun-sphere. I was disappointed in the parking.

Was surprised that with such a noted attraction of Knoxville I found myself alone in the park during the day and was the only person to go up to the sunsphere, it was strangely eerie being alone up there. It was a lovely park but...More

The park is so relaxing, clean and beautiful. We took the elevator to the observation deck where we could see miles and miles of Knoxville.

Nice stroll and nature trail, splash pad, children's playground area...just the perfect family friendly relatively " safe" area. Plenty of complimentary parking close by.

Yes, dogs are welcomed at the park. They may need to be on a leash if they like to run around a lot, but, if they stick with you, it should be okay to go without a leash.
