Our family enjoyed a quick (.7 mile) walk here before dinner at P. F. Chang (you can access the walking paths from a spot just next to P.F. Chang's parking). This is a small park with a couple of short, paved walking trails. The soundscape - multiple bird species and a creek- is fabulous. There is a small playground that appears well maintained.

SCENERY, PAVED PATH FOR WALKING, NICE PAVILION, GREAT FOR FAMILIES! What a wonderful place to 'meet up' or exercise during covid...several spread out blankets on the lawn to picnic with their children.

Aspen Grove Park is a terrific, well maintained park in the heart of Cool Springs. Play ground, shaded areas and walking trail.

This is a good place for all you parents/grandparents looking for a place to take your grandchildren that offers a good outdoor experience for free. Nice hiking trail with lots of interesting things to look at like bridges, streams, fish, frogs, birds, etc. And, the trail is not too long for those who are not able to walk long distances. There's also a playground for the kids and places for you to sit and relax. Bring a lunch and spend and hour or two.

Ok, This is not Central Park. Nothing like it. It is a small park in an over developed area of a growing middle Tennessee suburban corridor. That said, it is a small jewel if you live nearby and want a leisurely walk through a diverse nature path. If you accept it for what it is - and was meant to be - it is 5 star. A stream, small fish, a bog, a private (although short), walk, It is the perfect place for local workers to enjoy lunch and walk awhile. Very natural and lovely. It is not a large park. But, if you find yourself in this area with a little time to kill - or just a need to commune with nature for awhile amidst a concrete jungle, it will provide perfect respite. Also, very family and young child friendly.

This is a cute hidden gem in the heart of Cool Springs. It is just perfect for a picnic, to let your kids play or for a short walk after lunch.

We love to take walks in Aspen Grove Park. It enables us to land up on Cool Springs and to window shop, have a meal, or just enjoy the day.

The walking trail here is nice and manageable for any age. Avoid if there has been rain as parts of the trail do flood. The park has a playground, shelter with picnic tables and restrooms. It gets busy during the week when people escape work to have lunch outside. Nice getaway if you need a break.

I love to go walk here when I'm in the area and want to get some exercise. Nice walking paths which go through wooded areas and with footbridges over a creek (yet with Cool Springs nearby for shopping or eating before or after you go to the park). There's a covered area with picnic tables, and a small playground for young children.
