Not just walking tours, we now offer bicycle tours and rentals too. The ghost tour is our most popular tour, but visitors also love hearing about the rich past that lies just beneath the surface of Franklin's quaint Victorian charm. Site of "the most famous battle you've never heard of," according to National Geographic, Franklin's Civil War story will amaze and enlighten you on the most divisive time in American history. Just minutes south of Nashville, Franklin is often cited as one of the most beautiful downtowns in the U.S. Our enthusiastic, knowledgeable guides will make your visit to historic Franklin an unforgettable experience. Our tours include the Classic Franklin city tour, Civil War in Franklin, Grave Matters in the Cemetery, and for fans of evening activities, the Haunted Franklin, Ghosts of the Battlefield at the Lotz House and Murder and Mayhem Tours. Bicycle tours and rentals are available from March-November and our Southern Style food tours allow visitors to savor the flavors of Franklin and enjoy history at the same time. Most tours are available daily by advance reservation; some tours have minimums. Just call and see how flexible and accommodating we can be.

This was so fun! Our guide had so much knowledge on this area! We loved it! It was not hokey or silly. One of the best haunted tours we've ever done. She really knew the area and the experiences were incredible.

It was a beautiful evening for the Haunted Franklin tour. We began our tour on the steps of the old courthouse where we were greeted by our guide Alicia. Alicia was knowledgeable and outgoing throughout the tour and obviously loves telling others the colorful history of Franklin. We visited some of the homes in the area where folks have enjoyed... Tour guide Alicia did a terrific job of educating us while keeping us involved with all in the group. She was able to present local information with just enough humor. The food was terrific and more than ample. You won't leave hungry.

This is my first visit to Franklin and the tour guide, Margie, was excellent. She highlighted the major attractions to Franklin such as a family house, an old church, and others. One of my favorites was a home converted to an art gallery. The owner was so kind to let a group come through and even offered us water bottles.... More

This being my first food tour, I wasn't sure what to expect but I gathered from previous reviews I wouldn't leave hungry and it would be a good time. From the very beginning, Margie was friendly, fun and informative; it felt like we had known each other forever. Every restaurant had delicious, southern food and the opportunity to meet the... My wife and I took my parents on the Franklin on Foot Southern Style Food Tour. We had a great time sampling food and spices at Puckett's Boat House, Gray's on Main, Savory Spice Shop, Boudreaux Brother's, and Puckett's Grocery and Restaurant. The service was amazing and the food even better! Our tour guides, Margi and Alicia, were informative and... More

Franklin is a small town so I was wondering how you could do a ghost tour there. I have been on ghost tours in other cities like Savannah and it's bigger and more spread out. Franklin has packed their ghosts into a small area and the tour was great. If you like history and ghosts, you will love this tour!... More
