Great trails and beautiful location. Easy to find and easy to get to. I would not recommend children under 6 as the terrain is extremely rugged. Nice icy cold water pools in two locations for swimming. Planning to go back with just the wife.

Blue Hole is a stunning display of nature. There is no way to capture it's beauty on a cool misty day. Photos will not do this place justice- must be seen in person. While it is a short distance from where you park to the...More

We went to Blue Holes Falls because it had excellent reviews, but my family, and I didn’t like it at all. I have a one year old, and didn’t realize how steep the steps were, and slippery. I didn’t wear hiking shoes, and one wrong...More

A short, steep walk to a gorgeous waterfall, pool of refreshing water and rock formations with beautiful blooming rhododendrons surrounding the entire area. Make sure you wear tennis shoes. May be treacherous if it has been raining.

Took my mother + twins out to swim, but very shady individuals scowling as we parked. The Blue Hole's history was a sacred spot that has been tainted by true "backwoods neighbors" that hate the tourist season. Used my Waze mapping system to find it...More

The water was extremely cold so cold my family swimed in our clothes lol, under the falls in alot of places are extremely slick & you can fall pretty easy. Alot of crazy people would run & jump off of the falls at the top,...More

WOW - really not something I expected. What a gorgeous hidden gem this "Blue Hole" is indeed. The round-walk is truly worth the drive to this attraction. A few climbs down to the water up stream provide additional wonderful views (see photos). The main attraction...More

So beautiful! Water is COLD! Big steps/stones, so be careful and take your Advil. We spent hours wondering around & viewing the various falls from different vantage points. It's not as much hiking as you would expect, but it makes for a fun afternoon. Stop...More

Nice waterfalls and swimming hole. Beware though of leaving your valuables and car unattended. The local thieves hide and watch for an opportunity to steal.

Short hike (kinda steep) from small parking area to the falls. Truly a beautiful place but in summer months it is very crowded. Best to go early! Unfortunately people like to leave a lot of trash there. A few areas that are safe for small...More
