Every couple of years we gather in Sevierville, Tennessee for a week long family reunion. One of our traditions is a day spent boating on Douglas Lake. This year I decided to try Lighthouse Pointe Marina for our boat rental needs. Not only did Lighthouse Pointe Marina have the best overall price on pontoon rentals on the lake, their boats... More

Seriously don't waste your money! They are extremely rude. Place itself has no water, not handicap friendly. Over privileged prissy butts rented us a dirty boat with holes in the upholstery. We bring it back with some mud in the floor and they flipping have a come apart! I was going to clean it up but they had no water.... More

Lori, I apologize for your poor experience here at Lighthouse Pointe. I only wish you had expressed these concerns while you were here so that the issues could have been properly addressed. I personally checked you out, and you never mentioned the previous condition of the boat, needing assistance with a handicapped companion, or having an issue with the cleaning... More

We stayed in the Pigeon Forge area in June. This was a very busy, hectic time in the area. We found out about this awesome pontoon boat rental from a coupon book that was in our cabin. I am so glad we did! We first rented our pontoon on a Tuesday, we did a 4 hour rental (2pm - 6pm).... More

Two families joined together on Douglas Lake to spend Father's Day together. Two adults, 2 teenagers, 2 tweens. We rented a 24' pontoon online. We arrived on time and check in was seamless. Andy gave us instructions and off we went. We spend the day exploring coves and coastline of this beautiful lake. We arrived back to marina at the... More

We rented 2 pontoon boats during the second week of September. The staff was friendly and helpful, as one of us had never driven a boat before. Prices for boat rentals are very competitive. One thing we really liked is that we only paid for the gas we used, there's no set fee for gasoline. The lake is very clean... More

We have rented pontoons and bow riders there... Always been great to deal with. The guys typically recognize me when we come in as we rent a few times every summer. Last experience was a little off... Totally my fault as we did get a little mud on the front of the pontoons on a boat... Not in the boat,... More

These guys were great! First, we set up a 2 days rental, but when it was rainy the first day, we called and they let us push our reservation back a day. No problem! Second, the boat was beautiful. It looked brand new and and worked perfectly. The gas was reasonable, about $80 for 2 days. We fished, swam, went... More

We visited Douglas Lake last minute over the 4th of July weekend. Pleasantly surprised to find that there were still boats available to rent both Saturday and Sunday. Very reasonably priced and well maintained. Friendly staff.

We rented a pontoon for a full day during the week for $21-284th with tax and a tube for pulling the kids. We thought it was a fair price and better than what we could get in Ky-our home. The guys at the marina were friendly to us in greeting. My husband knows boats so we didn't need much help.... More

I am offended by a couple of the untrue reviews I just read. We have been with this marina for a long time. Anytime we have needed help they have been great! If there's a problem with any of our things, they know who to call. Blue Smith is a great guy and we will continue to dock there. The... More
