Marked trails manicured and clean. Slippery rocks and water are on the river path to the falls. Not too strenuous for the average hiker. Wide paths down to the river. Fun hike with the family. My 10 year old daughter my wife and I (carrying...More

Cummins Falls is so much more than a swimming hole....it's an experience that Americans rarely have the opportunity to have--a free, clean, and beautiful park in which people can swim and enjoy the clean, cool, crisp mountain water. The trail to get to the bottom...More

We hiked the Cumberland Trails for quite a while and it's an interesting set of trails. The facilities are clean the people are friendly and the general area is a good hike. Having said that, they've recently updated some of the trails. I guess because...More

This park is so pretty. Was very quiet and peaceful. Got to see deer and the park officer was very friendly!! There is a general store that is convenient and friendly.

We went on a tour with a group of friends and the park was beautiful, decked out in fall colors. Locals were great

This is a beautiful area. For the less physically able, the overlook is a fairly easy walk from the parking lot. The path to the waterfall is fairly steep switchback. If you are less physically active, make sure to take your time and know your...More

We visited on 11/01/17. The Fall foliage was still pretty. We did not go to the bottom of the falls, but the overlook was beautiful. Not a bad hike at all for two, out of shape 50 year olds.

Saw on TripAdvisor as #1 thing to do, so we did. Did not regret it. Strenuous walk signs may ward you off but easy climb for this 57 year old. Two overlooks closed for a while but does not detract much from the total experience.

I and my husband went there three times but were successful at the last one cause the park gate closes at 6 pm but the bottom gate of the falls closes at 5 pm. The hiking takes almost 45mins. We reached there around 4 pm...More

The average person can get to the falls in 45-60 minutes but it will take longer to get back traveling up hill.
