Well kept and always clean. Respectable and one of the top cemeteries in the nation. Only Arlington tops it.

We were here the day before Memorial day. In one area 50+ flags had already blown over. My family decided to honor those buried and righted the flags on the graves.

hard to believe how many soldiers have lost their lives and this is only a small amount, beautiful landscaping, very peaceful and humbling

Visit gave us an appreciation for the number of casualties in the civil war battles that took place within the within sight of the cemetery.

This cemetery has soldiers interned all the way back to the civil war from both sides. Being a veteran myself and living in Chattanooga I will be buried here.

We visited Arlington last year and we thought this would be a good follow-up, especially since we were already in Chattanooga. While it doesn't compare to Arlington in size, it is nice that you can drive through and to different parts of it vs. having...More
