We walked this bridge in the evening with the view of the city lights. It was really neat passing all of the pedestrians. Great place to people watch.

It was a hot August day but the walk from the North Side back to the aquarium area was so much fun. Great views walking across the Tennessee river and great food at each end. It’s free and fun.

Hot day but beautiful views. Had 2 musical groups playing for change at either end of the bridge. Easy walk, food and drink at either end. Great way to spend an hour or two.

A walk over the walnut street bridge on a saturday evening will show you how family orientated Chattanooga is. It's a glimpse to the americana that people in larger cities will tell you has died because they can't imagine strolling across a bridge in a...More

A great place to connect to the beauty of the bridge and it's view of the other area bridges. Great for a walking stretch.

I didn't get married there but the bridge is pretty wide. I think you'd just need to find out the dimensions of it and go from there.
