Enjoyed strolling the park on a muggy, July evening. Views of the city are amazing! Our kids, DS11, 6 enjoyed playing in the spray fountains. No Pets allowed in the park but Renaissance Park (adjacent) is pet friendly. We grabbed some "dogs" from Good Dog...More

Took my 3 grandchildren to Coolidge park. It was great fun and very reasonable. Aside from paying for parking ($2) which was close and convenient, the only other cost is $1 per ride for the old fashioned carrousel. Many of the animals are hand carved...More

A carousel and a splash pad make Coolidge Park an excellent place for children. It's right next to the NorthShore "where hip meets historical" district of the city.

A must see if you are visiting Chattanooga. From the park you can walk across the bridge over the Tennessee River, or walk right down to the edge. Our girls loved taking photos there.

Coolidge Park is free! There is a really great merry-go-round that costs $1 per person, but the rest of the park is free. There are some great shops and places to eat close to the park, too.
