We tend to go to Chattanooga a lot and we pretty much always go to lookout mountain. It's worth atleast driving up and checking out the houses. You can walk around up there too. I recommend this to anyone!

Cool drive up (or take the incline train), nice park with historical markers and absolutely fantastic views. Inexpensive, too. A must visit location.

Rock City on Lookout Mountains is a must visit. It offers awesome view from the top. Do visit a spot from where you can get a panoramic view of seven states.

We went to see the lights, it was an amazing experience. Because you have all the lights and the view. The lights outside where good, not spectacular. The lights in the caves where amazing and beautiful. Non the les the view outside is amazing.

We absolutely enjoyed the visit there! We went to Ruby Falls before going to Lookout Mtn and we loved it so much! What a view! Everywhere we went was really really pretty. There was a little bit of everything, caverns, outdoor, bridges, waterfalls and gnomes!...More

I guess my headline says it all. We visited on a beautiful, clear day so the views were breathtaking.

We only went as far as Rock City but it was a very easy drive and not what you might think of as a "mountain road". The incline is gradual and curves easy to manage at the appropriate speed.

Each attraction at Lookout Mountain has a price. It's nothing to drive up the mountain - but to get to the point where you can see the seven states is the entrance fee into Rock City. It's $20 to get in there. They have a... More
