He absolutely loved Lookout Mountain and Rock City! Of course it was super nice to see the incredible view where you can see five or seven states sometimes but also the walkways that mingle through the park going out to The View are also very...More

Do not stop for a quiick view. For us and our 4 kid's would be almost $100 to see anything. We skipped it and went to incline point where there's a free observation deck instead. I will say that the ticket lady was super friendly....More

If you think this might be a great view, try jumping off! Our family just observed as a dozen brave souls launched their hang gliders off the mountain and to the airport below. We did not try it, but seeing the other people do this...More

Nice family type place but, keep in mind this is an old attraction and not knew. Most people like it the first two or three times they go but, after that, nothing new.

Lookout Mountain is a great place to visit. Couldn't ask for a more beautiful place. Make sure you do the touristy thing and ride the incline railroad, go see rock city and ruby falls. You won't be disappointed.

Would be nice if they would make this more handicapped accessible. Just because someone is in a wheelchair doesn't mean they don't want to see these kinds of things!

I know they are allowed on the trails around Point Park, but I don't recall any in the park proper. They are allowed on the Chickamauga battlefield and the Signal Mountain one.

Do you have to pay to just walk around Lookout Mountain? Or does it just cost to do Ruby Falls, Rock City Park, etc.

While you can see some of the view simply by driving up to the top, you do need to pay a small fee to access the area at the edge of the lookout, as it belongs to the National Park Service. If you have an annual pass, the... More
